Podcast - Episode 42 - Matrescence With Amy Taylor-Kabbaz

You Are Here Because You Believe Birth Is About Making Mums Too.

Interview with Amy Taylor-Kabbaz

As a Newborn Mother, you are being invited to reinvent yourself because when a baby is born so is a mother, and the birth of a mother can be more intense than childbirth. You'll learn how to find peace and joy in the first 40 days after birth and how your postpartum experience can change your life.

Amy Taylor-Kabbaz is a Best-Selling Author, Speaker, Journalist, Matrescence Activist and  Mama of three. After more than a decade covering breaking news and current affairs for the ABC around the country, her 'traditional' career took an unexpected turn when she found herself lost, overwhelmed and diagnosed with a thyroid condition after the birth of her first daughter.

Eleven years - and two more babies - later, she is now a best-selling author, the host of the ‘The Happy Mama Movement’ podcast (with more than 200,000 downloads), runs numerous online programs for mothers all over the world, is an international award-winning coach, expert contributor to Mindful Parenting magazine, and the creator of the Number 1 iTunes meditations for children ‘Bedtime Explorers’. Her latest book ‘Mama Rising’ was released by Hay House internationally in 2020.
