Rach Cooper

Rach supports women through the tender, messy & powerful transition of matrescence with care & connection. Offering 1:1 postpartum support online and in person across NW Tas, Closing the Bones ceremonies, perinatal yoga, and an online space for women navigating their way back to themselves through motherhood and life’s seasons. Her work offers nurturing care, practical tools, embodied practices, rituals and community support to help women feel held, resourced and connected to themselves again.

She is a Perinatal Yoga Teacher, Closing the Bones Facilitator, and Women's Circle Facilitator.

Rach supports clients in NW Tasmania, Australia.

Julia Jones
