Services are tailored to the mother during the postpartum planning meeting and based on their dreams, goals, and experiences. This is honoured during the postpartum period, with a flexible approach as the newborn mother finds her footing. Katie enjoys providing nourishment and holding space to restore after birth and while feeding the baby and adjusting to parenting. Katie is keen to hold Village Gatherings, intimate mothers’ circles to build community connections, develop intuition and create a sense of belonging. 

Sarah provides a compassionate and non-judgemental service to enable families to birth with clarity and confidence. Together with her clients, she uses evidence-based information to prepare for birth and the fourth trimester. She also offers birth photography services.

The aim of Prepared Parenting(PP) is to support families navigate the first three years of life from conception, to birth, postpartum, infancy and the toddler years.

Nina Prado brings a unique and integrative approach to postpartum care. As a highly experienced postpartum consultant, she has spent years supporting women and families through the emotional, physical, and psychological transitions of early parenthood.
