Katie's approach is deeply nurturing and supportive to the mother and those around her, building their capacity. Services are tailored to the mother during the postpartum planning meeting and based on their dreams, goals, and experiences. This is honoured during the postpartum period, with a flexible approach as the newborn mother finds her footing. Katie enjoys providing nourishment and holding space to restore after birth and while feeding the baby and adjusting to parenting. Katie is keen to hold Village Gatherings, intimate mothers’ circles to build community connections, develop intuition and create a sense of belonging.
