Building a doula village

Irena from Slovenia used to be an Attorney but gave it all up to become a nurturer and facilitator. Along with Newborn Mothers Collective, Irena has studied Hypnobirthing, Bowen therapy, childbirth education and baby massage, and now combines it all into caring for mothers and babies not only in pregnancy and childbirth but also during the weeks, months and even years afterwards.
Online Postpartum Care
Ria Keller is a postpartum doula, chef, early years’ teacher and passionate cold-water swimmer. She is originally from Germany and now lives in Northern Ireland with her partner and her two sons. Ria works with mothers during the last stretch of their pregnancy, throughout postpartum and later stages of motherhood. She has a special interest in “Zwischen”, which is a German word for “in-between” and describes the time of a woman`s life where she is becoming a new self while simultaneously is being asked to let go of the old. Ria is offering mothers a deep holding, she is walking alongside them while they refine their sense of self and reconnect to their intuition and roots.

Creating A New Story For Mothers
Corina Fitch is a Licensed Midwife, Certified Professional Midwife, and Registered NICU Nurse with 20 years of experience in the field of maternity and newborn care. She is also a Certified Feminine Power Facilitator and mother of 3 daughters. Each one has brought deeper meaning to her work. After her first daughter was born, she became intensely focused on helping her clients bond with their babies in utero and cultivate self-care practices that would serve them well into their mothering.

Jo Davidson has worked for Beyond Empathy (BE) as an artist on the Mubali / Sea of Bellies Maternal and Early Childhood Strategy since it began in 2004 in Moree NSW.
