Doula Interview with Janelle Gullan

Janelle lives in Melbourne, but also works from Wollongong and in the online space. She is passionate about supporting people to connect to their bodies so they can navigate mothering transitions with self-love, confidence and vitality. As an occupational therapist and bodyworker, she brings an integrated focus on pelvic health, mental health and menstrual cycles - and how they can impact the everyday things we need and want to do.
