Podcast - Episode 53 - Reconnecting With Your Inner Child

You Are Here Because You Believe Birth Is About Making Mums Too.

Expert Interview with Emma Holdsworth

As a Newborn Mother, you are being invited to reinvent yourself because when a baby is born so is a mother, and the birth of a mother can be more intense than childbirth. You'll learn how to find peace and joy in the first 40 days after birth and how your postpartum experience can change your life.

Emma Holdsworth is a mother of two, Family Counsellor and Parenting Educator.  Emma is the founder of Tree House Family Counselling and creator of The Roots of Motherhood Services. Emma is an accredited Newborn Mothers Postpartum Professional and a qualified and experienced Breastfeeding Counsellor and Sandtray Therapist.

Supporting families has been Emma’s life's work. She has worked with all sorts of families in both caring and therapeutic roles for the past 20 years and understands that supporting parents as early as possible in their journey, gives babies the very best start to life.

Emma supports pregnant and new mums to feel empowered to become the parents they truly want to be. She achieves this by working closely with them to explore the deeper aspects of themselves, understand how their childhood experiences and core beliefs will impact on their transition to motherhood and help them create deep, strong roots for their family to grow from.

At the centre of these roots, is a well-supported, well mother. By supporting her to develop her unique instinctive mothering style, Emma’s support cultivates a connected and joyful foundation for mother, baby and family to grow from.
