Newborn Mothers is the registered trading name for a small Australian business run by Julia Jones in North Fremantle, West Australia 6159. Payment for Newborn Mothers products and services is taken using Simplero as the payment gateway and Stripe and Paypal as the secure merchant account.

By purchasing a payment plan you authorise Newborn Mothers to charge your credit card monthly instalments.

If at any time I stop receiving your instalments your service will be suspended until they resume.

DELIVERY METHOD

Digital Delivery:

After ordering online, you will be immediately redirected to a registration page. You will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

REFUND POLICY

Online Programs:

If, within the timeframe listed for the specific eCourse (usually 7 days) you are not impressed then I will refund your money. Refunds must be requested in writing via the email address provided upon enrolment within the specified timeframe to be eligible. You will be required to complete a feedback survey to demonstrate why you did not receive the value you expected.

Refunds are not available for change of mind.

The following privacy policy applies to all newbornmothers.com users, and conforms to internet privacy standards.

Collection of Information:

In order to use the Newborn Mothers website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including email.

Any information collected by Newborn Mothers is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, email or directly through our website.

Use of Collection Information:

Any details collected from Newborn Mothers customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service.

Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

We never sell or pass on contact details to a third party.

Storage of Collected Information:

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When credit card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete credit card details.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

Access to Collected Information:

If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by emailing us at support@newbornmothers.com

Orders:

If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).

We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Communications:

Newborn Mothers uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us at support@newbornmothers.com

You will be notified when your personal information is collected by any third party that is not our agent/service provider, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.

GUIDELINES

I am committed to providing all program participants with a positive experience. You agree that Newborn Mothers may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the course without refund if you become disruptive or difficult to work with, if you fail to follow the course guidelines, or if you impair the participation of course instructors or participants in the course.

Newborn Mothers Mastermind Terms And Conditions

Group Coaching Calls

Your time start when you book and pay. Group calls will be scheduled at a time that suits most members of the group. There will be no refund or rescheduling if you can't make the time slot. You can submit questions prior to the call if you can't make it live. These calls will be recorded so be careful to protect your clients' privacy. You have lifetime access to the recording archive.

Facebook Group

Whilst you have lifetime access to the Collective Facebook group, you limited time access to the Mastermind Facebook group as this group includes a much higher level of support.

Online Course

You have lifetime access to your online courses in a secure membership area that you will access with your username and password.

Payment

By purchasing a payment plan you authorise Newborn Mothers to charge your credit card monthly instalments.

If at any time I stop receiving your instalments your service will be suspended until they resume.

Due to the high investment of time and energy in this program no refunds will be issued.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that as with any business endeavour, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that you will earn any money as a result of your participation in the program.

By purchasing, you also acknowledge that payment of your monthly fees will not place a significant financial burden on you or your family.

Program Guidelines

We have made every effort to accurately represent the program and its potential. Examples of actual results can be provided, upon request. The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s success depends on many factors, including her background, dedication, desire and motivation.

Terms for Friends of Newborn Mothers

Guidelines for use of the Newborn Mothers Affiliate Program

1. Approval for use in the Newborn Mothers Affiliate Program

Most applicants qualify to participate in the Affiliate Program. However, we reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership at any time if we determine that you promote objectionable material.

2. Promoting the Newborn Mothers products

While we encourage you to promote our products, all affiliate links must point back to the original product content or purchase page, and not to any third-party sites. You may promote Newborn Mothers products by creating a page or blog post on your website that then links back to our original product content or purchase page, but you can not create a whole third-party site.

3. Using the Newborn Mothers names

While we encourage you to use our name in your promotions, use of the terms Newborn Mothers and Nourishing Newborn Mothers Newborn Mothers Collective or Newborn Mothers Sanctuary, or any terms closely associated therewith, in any website, domain name or social networking site URL is strictly prohibited.

4. Using the Newborn Mothers branding

While we encourage you to use our brand in your promotions, use of the Newborn Mothers and Nourishing Newborn Mothers branding in any website that does not point back to the original product content or purchase page is strictly prohibited.

5. Buying products using your own Affiliate link

As a general rule, Affiliates are not eligible for commissions on purchases made through your own affiliate link. However, we recognise there may be situations where your business makes sales in such a way that this process is preferable. Since we monitor transactions for self-sales, we ask that you get in touch with us before you begin using your own links for sales so we can set up an arrangement that meets your processing needs.

6. Affiliate payouts

Affiliate payouts are system automated. Commission is earned in the same currency that the purchase was made in. The current exchange rate of the day will be used to calculate any currency exchanges and is likely to fluctuate. Any discounts offered are at the cost of the affiliate and shall not be borne by Newborn Mothers. Discounting is not recommended.

Affiliate payouts are withheld for ten days to allow for the refund period, and processed by our team monthly. It may take up to 1 month and 10 days for your affiliate payments to land in your bank account.

7. Violation of Affiliate Program

If you have a concern that you may be violating any of our guidelines, please contact us. Affiliates found to be in violation of the Affiliate Program Guidelines will forfeit commissions relating to either the specific transaction in violation or all commissions assigned.
